The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team

Overcome Team Dysfunction

High employee turnover, dissatisfaction, and low performance are common problems plaguing businesses. Overcome team dysfunction by identifying barriers and unlocking team potential.

Developed by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team is the world's definitive guide for building healthy teams. The book has sold more than 3 million copies in 30 languages. Over 500,000 people have taken the Online Team Assessment. This authoritative tool helps teams become more cohesive and effective. No single product has helped transform the landscape of teamwork more.

Functional Teams

  • Avoid wasting time talking about the wrong issues.

  • Stop revisiting the same topics over and over again.

  • Make higher quality decisions.

  • Accomplish more in less time and with less distraction and frustration.

  • Have high retention because “A” players rarely leave cohesive teams.

We have the experience to help you reach your goals. Transition from struggling to thriving with simple changes; we work with you to identify obstacles, remove them, and implement permanent solutions. Your work life will never be the same again.

Still unsure? We’ll provide you with a sample summary report, giving you a firsthand look at the powerful insights we deliver. Chris is a certified facilitator for “The Six Types of Working Genius.” We use that and the other (wonderful) tools from The Table Group to assess, prepare, and lead our workshops.

What to expect when working with us:

01

We send individual 5 Dysfunctions of Team assessments to each team member.

02

We compile the results of the assessment into a pyramid where each category is  ranked red, yellow or green, create a detailed team report, and print these reports.

03

We deliver a 2-4 hour personalized workshop for your organization. Virtual workshops are available but we prefer in-person.

04

We follow up with the team leader, project manager, or CEO to discuss ongoing implementation of insight from the workshop.

“If you get all the people in an organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.”
